
How did I end up here?
My fitness journey started when I was 17 years old. At the time, a coworker introduced me to weight lifting at the gym he attended, I joined a couple of his workouts, and I was instantly hooked. Whether it was the dopamine and endorphins affecting me or perhaps how strong I felt after I would workout, I wanted to feel like that every day.
Fast forward 15 years from that time, after a ton of learning from experienced gym members, personal trainers, online fitness influencers, information on Google, YouTube videos, and, most importantly, personal experience, I have witnessed myself elevate physically and mentally beyond what I initially thought was naturally possible. The ambition, drive, motivation, and discipline I gained through the workouts translated into my personal life, school, work, and eventually career. Throughout those years, I would occasionally train with friends, family, and colleagues, and help them implement fitness into their life. I watched them all achieve beyond what they believed they were capable of. After many years of working in an office job and casually training a small number of hard working people in person as well as virtually, I decided to dedicate all of my time to impact more peoples' lives with my training programs.
Each and every one of us is capable of a lot more than we think. I am here to push you and show you that you have what it takes.
