Why I Started Hoppe Performance

Fitness has always been a major part of my life.

Through years of training, I realized that physical training builds much more than muscle. It builds discipline, confidence, and mental resilience.

But I also noticed something else.

Many people want to get into great shape, but they struggle with consistency. Work, stress, and responsibilities often push training to the side.

That’s why I started Hoppe Performance.

My goal is simple: help people build a sustainable training habit that makes them stronger both physically and mentally.

My Philosophy On Training

I believe fitness should improve your entire life — not consume it.

Training should build discipline, energy, and confidence that carries into your work, family life, and personal goals.

That’s why my coaching focuses on three core principles:
